Apply online to Chantemerle Summer Camp

Chantemerle summer camp runs from June 28th to August 2nd, 2026. Participants can stay from 2 to 5 weeks. Most participants choose the 3-week option.

General conditions

I hereby acknowledge having reviewed the educational project, teaching methods, and organization of Chantemerle School as provided in the school's documentation and on the website www.chantemerle.ch.

A first payment of CHF 1'600.- (school year) or CHF 500.- (summer camp) guarantees the reservation of the student’s place. It covers admission fees and annual fixed charges. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Tuition and boarding fees, as well as variable charges deducted from the child's personal deposit, will be paid according to the agreed payment plan.

Departure notice: the school management must make prior arrangements regarding class formation, scheduling, room assignments, and recruitment. Therefore, a student's departure must be communicated by registered letter at least 30 days before the start of the upcoming term. A term that has already begun is due in full.

Payments made in advance will not be refunded in case of early departure or expulsion of the student. In case of late payments, the school reserves the right to refuse the student.

Admission of a student to Chantemerle implies acceptance of the financial conditions by the parents or legal guardian. Chantemerle reserves the right to modify its tuition fees.

I understand that images of my child may be published on the Internet. If necessary, I will contact Chantemerle to clarify my position regarding such usage.

I also authorize Chantemerle to initiate appropriate medical intervention in case of emergency.

In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is Vevey.
