Golf camp in Switzerland
Intensive golf training for juniors, combined with the full Swiss summer camp experience
More than a golf camp
Chantemerle offers an intensive golf programme this summer on the prestigious 18-hole Montreux Golf Course, right on the Vaud Riviera. Train in small groups with professional coaches, all levels welcome, within the structure and safety of a Swiss private boarding school founded in 1966.
The Chantemerle difference
Golf training in a world-class setting
Participants benefit from three hours of coaching per day on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Switzerland. Groups are capped at 10 players maximum, ensuring individual attention at every session. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to players with an established handicap. The AP (Autorisation de Parcours) can also be prepared during the camp.
Small groups, real coaching
Every session runs with a maximum of 10 participants. That means real feedback, individual corrections and a coach who actually knows where each player is in their progression. No lost time, no waiting around. Just three focused hours on the course every day.
All levels, including AP preparation
Complete beginners are as welcome as players already working with a handicap. Coaches adapt each session to the group. For juniors who are ready, the Autorisation de Parcours can be prepared and validated during the camp — a concrete milestone to take home.
Golf and the full camp experience
Golf sessions run as half-day programmes throughout July 2026. Outside of the course, participants join the rest of the camp: activities, excursions, Europa-Park, and evenings with students from over 30 countries. Serious golf without missing out on the summer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Chantemerle golf camp
What age groups can join the golf camp?
The programme is open to juniors from age 10. Groups are structured by level so every participant trains alongside peers at a similar stage.
What level is required?
None. Complete beginners are as welcome as players with an existing handicap. Coaches assess each participant at the start and adapt accordingly.
How many hours of golf per day?
Each session runs for approximately three hours on the course. The programme is a half-day format, which can be combined with the general Chantemerle summer programme in the afternoon.
What is the AP and can my child prepare it during the camp?
The AP (Autorisation de Parcours) is the official certification allowing a player to play on a full golf course in Switzerland. Juniors who are ready can prepare and complete it during the camp.
How large are the groups?
Groups are capped at 10 players maximum. This ensures every participant receives individual attention and direct feedback from the coach throughout each session.
Where does the camp take place?
Sessions are held on the Montreux Golf Course, an 18-hole course with professional facilities set on the Vaud Riviera. Transport to and from the course is fully managed by Chantemerle.
Can my child do golf and language classes at the same time?
Yes. The golf programme is a half-day format specifically designed to run alongside the morning or afternoon academic programme. Your child trains on the course and attends language classes within the same week.
When does the golf camp run?
The golf programme runs across multiple sessions throughout July 2026. Most participants combine one week of golf with one or more weeks of the general Chantemerle summer programme.
