Tennis camp in Switzerland
Professional tennis training for juniors, combined with the full Swiss summer camp experience
More than a tennis camp
Chantemerle partners with Riviera Tennis to offer a professional tennis academy this summer, right on the shores of Lake Geneva. Train on real courts, work with experienced coaches, and share the court with WTA players. All within the structure and safety of a Swiss private boarding school founded in 1966.
The Chantemerle difference
Tennis training that goes beyond the court
Our tennis programme is run by Riviera Tennis, a professional academy based on the shores of Lake Geneva. Coaches adapt to every level, from beginners to competitive players. Small groups, real match play, physical and mental training. And this summer, participants train alongside WTA players.
Technical, physical and mental training
Every session covers the three pillars of tennis development: technique, physical conditioning and mental strength. Riviera Tennis coaches adapt the programme to each player, from complete beginners to juniors already competing in tournaments. Small groups, individual feedback, real match play.
Train alongside WTA players
This summer, Chantemerle participants share the court with WTA players. A direct window into professional tennis, in the footsteps of the greatest Swiss players. No other summer camp in Switzerland offers this.
Tennis and the full camp experience
Players can train in the morning or commit to a full day on the court. Outside of sessions, they join the rest of the camp: activities, excursions, Europa-Park, and evenings with students from all over the world. Intensive tennis without missing out on the summer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Chantemerle tennis camp
What age groups can join the tennis camp?
The tennis programme is open to juniors aged 6 to 16. Groups are split by level and age so every player trains with peers at a similar stage.
What level is required to join?
None. The programme welcomes complete beginners as well as competitive players. Coaches assess each participant at the start and adapt the training accordingly.
How many hours of tennis per day?
Two options are available: half-day (approximately 3 hours on court) or full-day training. Both can be combined with Chantemerle’s general summer programme.
Who are the coaches?
The tennis academy is run by Riviera Tennis, a professional club based on the shores of Lake Geneva. All coaches are experienced, certified professionals with backgrounds in competitive tennis.
Can my child really train alongside WTA players?
Yes. This summer, Chantemerle participants have the opportunity to share court time with WTA players, a unique experience not offered by any other summer camp in Switzerland.
How long is the tennis camp?
The tennis academy runs weekly throughout July 2026. Most participants combine one week of intensive tennis with one or more weeks of the general Chantemerle summer programme.
What does a typical tennis day look like?
Morning or full-day sessions on court cover technique, physical conditioning, match play and mental training. Outside of tennis, participants join the rest of the camp for afternoon activities, excursions and evening events.
Can my child do tennis and language classes at the same time?
Yes. The half-day tennis option is specifically designed to run alongside the morning academic programme. Your child trains on court and attends language or academic classes within the same week.
